Why are the phone calls recorded?

Audio recordings of the phone calls are made:

• To test the quality of the telephone calls by doctor’s assistants and, where necessary, to improve them by means of education and training.
• To be able to listen to how a telephone conversation went if a complaint has been received about a situation
